• Drive the department to digitalize, automate, and intelligently develop.
• Support the development, implementation and optimization of the internal ERP/planning system.
• Support internal big data analysis.
• Monitor and provide support to the team leaders.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with company policies / procedures.

• Familiar with front-end technologies such as HTLM/CSS/JavaScript.
• Familiar with at least one mainstream web programming language such as JAVA/Python/Node.js, and understand the corresponding framework.
• Able to use MySQL/Oracle database proficiently, and sensitive with big data.
• Clear communications skills to inspire, motivate and provide cross- functional leadership.
• Organized, numerate and analytical, with a sensibility that balance theory and practice.
• Expert in program management.
• Written and spoken English proficiency.
