Software Developer in Test Engineering – San Jose, CA

As a Software Developer in Test Engineering , you will be working on mission critical enterprise software with top notch engineers and architects. You will have exposure to many internal developed security technologies as well as products and technologies in the market. This role will require passion, creativity, and perseverance in validating and gatekeeping software product releases with high quality standard. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive suites of test automation plans and test cases, creating and maintaining automation framework, continued evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression, automation for newly added features, and developing toolsets to facilitate development and quality automation testing.

• 4+ years software development and testing experience
• Strong programing skills in Python, JavaScript, or any scripting language
• Demonstrated skills in building and testing enterprise grade application is strongly desired
• Experience in performance and scalability test to find bottleneck and benchmarks in applications
• Experience in high performance test automation system such with Docker
• Experience leveraging open source technologies such as Apache Spark, Elastic Search a big plus
• Knowledge in Internet/security protocols and troubleshooting like HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP
• Understanding of virtualization, cloud computing, big data analytics concepts and technologies a big plus
• Agile mentality and can-do spirit
• Must demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Graduate degree a plus
