We have opportunity to join our Global Account segment for our acquisition
Fortune 500 accounts headquartered in AP.

About the role:
As Senior Solutions Sales Manager you will drive the Workstation business, as
well as setting the AP strategy for our emerging business’s around AR/VR,
SMart Office solutions & IoT within the global accounts.
You will get the opportunity to:
• Build, motivate & grow a new team with Lenovo Global Accounts
• Identify & grow WS opportunities in dedicated Global Accounts to meet and
exceed business revenue, margin and market share targets
• Collaborate on the development of Lenovo’s AR/VR, Smart Office solutions &
IoT market strategy and solutions; promote internal and external awareness of
the marketplace as a strategic industry segment for Lenovo
• Work closely with AR/VR & IOT teams to develop a multi-year plan to
establish Lenovo as a market leader & thought leader in AP to exceed planned
revenue targets
• Drive end-to-end customer sales cycle together with relationship sales team
• Develop, maintain and execute Workstation AR/VR, Smart Office Solutions
account plans
• Provide high level technical and solutions expertise
• Build strong relationships with customer decision makers and channel/ISVs
• Build programs (together with product management team) to accelerate growth

#### Position Requirements:


Position Requirements:
• 10+ year proven track record in selling of Added Value Solution in the
hardware environment
• Large Enterprise or Global Accounts in a high tech industry required.
• Server, Services & PC industry experience
• High level of flexibility, self-reliance and proactivity
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
• Curiosity about the changing technology industry
• Strong financial, operational, and business development acumen
• Travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate
