The Global Delivery Centre in Wroclaw is a growing location, predominately providing support services to BNY Mellon entities in the areas of fund accounting and investment operations. Team overview Site management team supports all employees in BNY Mellon Poland, as well its business leaders. The team focuses especially on employee engagement, development, internal communication and events, and external candidate’s experience. Team oversees the site's strategy and ensures its execution, acts as a liaison between global stakeholders and local managers. Your role We have an exciting opportunity for a talented “Project and Program Manager” to join our team in Wroclaw. The role is about designing and implementing programs that promote effective communication internally, successful implementation and coordination of corporate events. As a successful candidate you will be given opportunity to acquire and develop knowledge from related fields: Support implementation of the Poland site strategy, especially in respect to building an effective internal communication strategy and successful corporate events that leave memorable experience for the members Coordinate internal communication flow (memos, newsletters, etc.), write content for company website according to company standards and corporate branding rules. Act as a ghost-writer and advisor for blogs, tweets, posts on internal social media Manage framework for collecting and publishing success stories and testimonials connected to the site, identify appropriate audiences and media Conceptualize, design, and lead the internal company events for employees. Prepare detailed event plan including timelines, venue, legal obligations, staffing and budget. Perform post-event evaluation. Work collaboratively, with a sense of urgency and accountability, demonstrating strong knowledge of facts and data Act as a project manager, supervise respective external vendors eg. Event Agencies and project team members without a formal line management authority Recommend best-in-class solutions, benchmarked with the local market practices for a more impactful engagement experience Qualifications Bachelor/Master’s degree required with 7+ years of relevant experience in communication, content creation and event organization initiatives, ideally in various organizations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English, as well as presentation skills.
