Job summary
To develop and understand Sales & Marketing campaign project implementation as part of planned career development; to contribute to AZ’s business success through the implementation of marketing activities that support a profitable and competitively positioned brand.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 职 责
Operational Brand 50%
Main responsibilities:
- Implement the 6-12 month tactical marketing plans as defined within the operation plan for the brand together with Brand Mgr and Brand Leader
- Ensure that AZ marketing standards within brands are applied through common processes and templates
- Delegate management, travel accommodation and general logistical arrangements.
- Congresses/meetings:
- Briefing to Marketing Services
- Monitor expenses
- Feedback any comments on organization to Marketing Services
- Liase with Marketing Services to organize specific meetings, e.g. specified customer meetings
Budget Tracking 30%
- Accountable for TA tracking and Year Actuals vs. committed expenses
- Ensure business compliance to processing/ordering expenses
- Work with and share best practice across Brand Teams
Customer 20%
- Validate Marketing initiatives with current customers
- Have regular contacts with KOLs and attending physicians in order to get a top-line feeling of meetings organized by AZ ( track perception in the market)
• Qualified to apply for China Merchants Bank Credit Card (Business expenses should be reimbursed through company credit card)
