Position Title: Web Front End Team Lead
Overview:

As an experienced front end developer, you will take part in solving Technology challenges of a large financial institute. Taking Angular to its limits and deliver cutting edge tech solutions.
Position Description:
General:
Front end team lead, Creative, high-energy, motivated individual with extensive development experience in general and web front-end in particular. Operate development team members across multiple regions.
Skillset:
• At least 5 years of proven experience in web development At least 1 year as team lead - Mandatory • Proven experience with front end Angular framework - Mandatory • Proven software design/UX principles and ability to lead design discussions - Mandatory • Customer facing - Advantage o Excellent spoken English o Excellent communication skills with non-technical audiences o Ability to drive product feature and requirement gathering with external customers • Experience in designing and implementing web applica-tions with JavaScript/HTML5/CSS and web services integra-tion • Ability to pick up, understand, and communicate complex concepts • Knowledge of best practices and methodologies for writing web applications • Understanding of performance, data security, large scale deployment, continuous integration, unit testing
Experience with working in an agile development methodology – Advantage
