Position Description:
Digital & Media marketing specialist
This role will be part of the Argentina Marketing Organization and will work
for the BUP region: Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay countries., planning and
executing the marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
This role is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Main Responsibilities
Determine the best media mix for brand & product strategies integrating
offline and online campaigns
Ensure a cohesive advertising message across all campaigns
Control and management of agencies for all media flow, development, and
implementation of communication campaigns.
Plan, execute, track and report performance of Motorola´s brand in the digital
environment.
Development, implementation and monitoring of website strategy and digital
content platforms.
Development of the e-commerce strategy and demand generation plans, building a
strong reporting process to analyze and optimize performance
Planning and execution of the media budget.
Definition and management of daily operations with creative media, social
networks and media agencies, including digital strategic partnerships with
Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
Alignment of media and content workflows.
Management of communications on brand social networks, including active
listening to support meaningful interactions with the audience supported by
community management agency and the customer service center.
Definition and implementation of SEO and SEM strategies.
Together with media and production agencies, continuous optimization in all
digital media campaigns and execution of integration with offline media.
Comprehensive digital results analysis (bought, owned and earned) to comply
with KPIs.
Planning and execution of promotional campaigns with a strong focus on
conversion.
Supervision of Customer Marketing Plan: Plans and executes the marketing
strategy, aligned with Brand and GTM business goals driving sales, brand, and
market share for the assigned customers.
Maximization of Return On Investment: Manages budget and processes. Evaluate,
recommend and action as appropriate alternative marketing investment
opportunities in order to maximize ROI against agreed brand objectives.
Personnel Management: Nurture a positive corporate culture which respects
declared Motorola values and provide for the development of appropriate
Leadership principles and skills. Direct, coach, develop and motivate
personnel / agencies in their sphere of responsibility.

Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
\- 5 years of marketing experience in the digital area or digital agencies
(content or media).
\- Planning, coordination and execution of complex multi-area and inter-agency
projects.
\- Practical experience in planning and implementing digital media campaigns,
defining KPIs, tracking and optimizing performance
\- Design and optimize user experience on websites and landing pages,
including lead generation and / or e-commerce.
\- Digital acquisition and operation plans.
\- Digital Media Flow.
\- Processes and digital quality control.
\- Teamwork and internal negotiation skills to work successfully in other
areas (Supplier, Commercial, Legal, Product, Procurement, Global) and key
strategic partners.
\- Interaction with regional or global offices.
\- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams based across multiple
locations.
\- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and transparency.
\- Innovative and creative, ability to engage others regarding new ideas and
projects.
\- Advanced English is a must (written and spoken).
Tools
\- Office Package.
\- Knowledge and management on Vtex or other collaboration platforms.
\- Experience in data reporting and data analysis using platforms such as
Google analytics or Adobe Suite.
\- Experience in digital platforms and campaign management. (Google Adwords /
FB for business).
\- Management of social media management tools especially Sprinklr.
