To be responsible for supplier quality management and stability
管理和指导IQC，SQE， PQE等人员完成供应商的评估、审核、改善 to manage and coach IQC, SQE, PQE on supplier assessment, audit and improvement

- To prevent non-conforming raw material and components putting into production by non-conforming raw material and components disposal
通过对供应商供货异常品的处理, 防止异常原材料流入生产;
- To improve raw material and components quality by timely abnormal quality feedback
通过及时的质量异常反馈, 以提高原料质量;
- To improve raw material and components quality by tracing suppliers CAPA report, implementation effect and on-site auditing & counselling.
通过追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果、供应商现场审核和辅导, 以提高供货质量;
- To improve detection rate and optimize IQC procedure by reviewing IQC inspection standard, sampling plan and relevant IQC coaching
通过制定进料检验规范、抽样计划及相关的IQC培训指导, 以提高进料检验的检出率和优化进料检验流程;
- To ensure new suppliers meet requirements via new samples assessing and on-site auditing of new supplier.
通过对新供应商样品的评估、新供应商的现场审核, 以确保新开发的供应商符合要求;
- To improve raw material and components quality via regular examination and evaluation for approved suppliers, and asking low grade suppliers for improving plans or supplying necessary counselling
通过对供应商定期考核评估并对评分较低的供应商提出改善要求或辅导, 以提高供应商供货质量.
- To improve supplier quality and reliability by tracking Non-conformance , supplier rating, supplier improvement conference, supplier audits, involved in the production of raw materials in the failure analysis
通过跟踪处理供应商质量异常、供应商供货质量统计分析、供应商等级评估、供应商改善会议、供应商审核、参与生产中原材料不良分析, 提高供应商供货质量及其质量稳定性;
- 本区域和团队的6S 和EHS工作 to be responsible for 6S and EHS in Quality team.
Qualifications (Essential qualifications for the position, but it does not mean that people with these qualifications will be competent for the job )

- Education教育
Bachelor or above; Major in Materials, chemical, quality management preferably
本科以上学历,高分子材料/化工/质量管理优先
- Job Experience工作经验
至少5年以上工作经验 At least 5 years work experience
- Language语言
Good English skills in writing and reading, have some skills in oral English
英语读写熟练, 一定的英语口语能力
- Computer Skill计算机技能
熟练 Skilled Familiar with Microsoft office, 熟悉微软办公软件 及数据分析
Competencies胜任能力
- 严谨、细致的工作态度 Careful work attitude
- 良好的沟通能力 Good communication skills
- 熟练使用QC工具, SPC统计工具. Experienced to use QC tools, SPC tools.
