Position Description:
As part of Lenovo’s North America eCommerce organization, the Sr. email
marketing specialist, is responsible for planning, developing, and executing
email marketing campaigns that generate awareness, consideration, revenue, and
build customer loyalty for the critical SMB segment. The ideal candidate will
possess demand generation experience, from defining the growth strategy to
operationalizing it tactically. This role will work closely with business
stakeholders, agencies, and other internal groups to develop, execute, and
analyze email marketing campaigns. The position will drive the direct
lifecycle engagement programs via email through relevant messaging and offer
strategies. The individual must be a motivated self-starter and able to take
projects from strategy through to execution with a high attention to detail,
coupled with innovative, creative thinking.
#### Position Requirements:
• Develop plans to drive customer activation, engagement, & retention and
loyalty via email and teleprospecting campaigns.
• Create high engaging email campaigns, including topics, template designs,
copy, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
• Ensure design, branding, and tone are consistent across all integrated email
and teleprospecting campaigns
• Direct 3rd party agency and data services on how to best execute email
campaigns.
• Oversees Lenovo’s Marketing Automation platform and maximizes its impact
upon Lenovo’s demand generation efforts.
• Lead email test strategies and methodologies to identify attributes of
successful copy, offers, content types, and delivery tactics, and when
required, refine strategies based upon findings.
• Oversee and QA all marketing work streams to ensure all elements of the
campaign are accurate prior to launch.
• Manage tracking and reporting of campaign performance against defined
benchmarks.
• Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement
metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of metrics
• Participate in defining requirements for Marketing Automation, CRM
infrastructure and campaign reporting.
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions
that succeed through email.
