1. Responsible for key store format design.

2. Work with design agencies to develop store plans that conform to ECCO format and branding guidelines. Review each store’ s layout plan and construction drawings carefully.

3. Manage the store opening process to achieve target opening date.

4. Coordinate with GC company to ensure design and construction standards are met, which also require regular on-site checking for stores.

5. Provides feedback to dealers/suppliers by shop visiting, photo collecting, and follow up the improvements in time.

6. Cooperate closely with cross functional departments (eg. Visual Merchandising, Sales, etc.)

7. Reflecting the brand identity and creating visual impact taking into account commerciality and supporting sales.

8. Support to fill the weekly reporting.

9. To work in a fast paced and organized.

Position Requirements:

1. Major in design or related disciplines. Retail store design knowledge.

2. Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience preferably in leading retail, specialty department store or luxury fashion brand.

3. Basic English ability, be able to read and write in English, good English will be a plus.

4. Familiar with Auto CAD, 3D Max, Sketch up, Microsoft Office and related software.
