Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

Development & Architecture (70%):

• Systems architecture flow design for project business process. Involving other systems team - Application, infrastructure, Security / Governance Leads - for guidance
• Function design and implementation for new features.
• Architecture design for new system
• Study group policy, and communicate with group technical/security expert in technical solution review process

Technical& Project Support (30%):

• Support business requirement analyze, architecture solution and cost estimation
• Review business requirement and function design
• Guide the development work of junior developer and vendor
• Production maintenance and enhancement

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University Bachelor degree or above
• 4+ years java-based enterprise system design and development experience
• Experience with JSP/Servlet/H5/Node js/react js, Spring Framework and Hibernate framework and MyBatis
• Experience with one of the relational databases: Oracle and SOL Server, with good SQL language skill
• Experiences with enterprise-level system’s performance enhancement and high availability improvement.
• Experience with the back end system design (including performance and security solutions) for mobile products are Highly Preferred.
• Previous experience in bank, insurance or other financial institutions are Highly Preferred.
• Experience with micro-service/distributed system is Highly Preferred.
• Experience with HTML5/Node js/React js technique are Preferred.
• Proactive and a problem solver in a very fast moving industry or environment.
• Technically competent, creative, has initiative and able to work independently 
• Good team player and creative mind
• Seemly communication skills
