How will you make an impact? (Objetive)

Provide local IT support for users in Thermo Fisher in Mexico city and remote.

What will you do? (Responsabilities)

• Provide active support for Thermo Fisher users
• Install, setup and maintain hardware and software
• Support Thermo Fisher technologies
• Manage IT vendors
• Be focal point for global service desk for the country
• Maintain good tracking of local IT assets and applications
• Work with regional IT team
• Take part in IT projects
• Ensure information is secured at adequate levels

Technical knowledge

• Solid knowledge of windows platform
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Good knowledge of iOS platform and applications
• General knowledge of networks and connectivity issues in windows environment
