Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for Contingent Labor is responsible for collaborating with assigned external staffing vendors to assist in driving satisfaction to local operations. Work with Manager to consistently seek opportunities to provide strategic partnership opportunities to support internal program goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting ,bring sourcing expertise, and strong project management skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Project management and participation in global projects in partnership with our MSP/VMS services, policies and programs.
- Assisting our global contingent workforce program including working closely with our MSP to ensure we provide excellent service to our assignment managers
- Collaborate closely with our Procurement, HR, Legal, IT, Security and Compliance teams to build out our extended workforce program systems to ensure we remain compliant to our policies and local legislation
- Working with our MSP to analyze and develop metrics and performance feedback to drive ongoing program improvement. Data, analysis and voice of the customer should be the foundation used to improve our overall program results
- Providing consultation to end-user Managers, BHR, and TA as needed on various strategies related to resourcing their organizations to meet business needs
- Use expertise to help MSP and Vendors with successful recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Run custom reporting to demonstrate business value of program to internal stakeholders.
- Document all client/ supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor performance against contract SLA’s , requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry and vendor compliance tracking
- Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports
- Provide constant interaction via face to face, email and phone with client, staffing vendors, contract personnel and other partners
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 8 or more years of experience in the contingent workforce programs space with increasing responsibilities participating in global programs
- Strong recruiting and sourcing experience
- Prior experience in large enterprise wide contingent workforce programs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong project and program management and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers as well as setting and managing expectations
- Dynamic, results-oriented, accountable leadership style balanced with strong emotional intelligence
- Strong knowledge, understanding and managing of program compliance, MSP and VMS platforms and program
- Ability to succeed and solution creatively and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
