In Client customer engineering (CCE), we work directly with Intel external customers (PC OEMs) along with the internal teams and architects designing Intel Converged Security and Manageability Engine which is the fundamental technology for Intel vPro - best for business commercial PC. We address both the internal needs as well as customer needs and provide software tools and innovations for customer success and experience, security, debugging, automation, project enablement, and customers' unique needs, including process and product innovations.

We are looking for an experienced team technical lead who will :

• Lead Innovations and Tools small team of passionate and talented software engineers
• Define strategy, roadmap of existing tools driving to growth of ROI and impact
• Technical hands-on experience and passion
• Develop new initiatives and innovations, both contributing to internal usages and Customers processes and services.
• Mentor and develop the team members and help them grow professionally
• Combine both innovative and strategic mindset along with execution and results commitments
• Drive and deploy best practices of coding, design, ALM

Qualifications

• Vast experience in software developments, team leadership, and user experience
• 10+ years of experience in FW/SW development, including complex projects.
• user experience analysis and definition experience and skillset
• Bachelor's degree in relevant studies
• Fluent spoken/written English
• Excellent people skills
• Quick technical learning capabilities

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
