Job Description
The Sr. Technical Recruiter role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting activities associated with the technical hiring needs of Albemarle, primarily in the United States. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with hiring managers at all levels of the organization and act as the subject matter expert globally for technical staffing needs. At the core, this role will be responsible for driving positive candidate and hiring manager experiences and creating a strong Albemarle employer brand in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical / specialist recruiting demands within the GBUs
- Sets sourcing strategies with HR and HM
- Manages sourcing strategy using various sourcing techniques to find candidates and drives the performance of recruiting according to key metrics
- Acts as the primary point of contact for HM in all recruitment activities
- Primary interface with external and internal candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry, HR, Business or related field
- 8+ years of sr. level and technical recruiting experience
- Advanced user of various recruiting platforms, skills and techniques
- Experience in the chemicals, manufacturing or other technical industries
