JOB TITLE: (Sr.) Tendering Specialist , China

REPORTS TO: Non-Clinical Program Manager

Location: Shanghai

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (BRIEF SUMMARY)

To execute tender projects and complete tender report to Non-Clinical Program Manager; and to analyze sales and tendering data. To collect and well understand of governmental & regional policies, to follow the tender progress and keep well informed of tender price of our products and competitors and to maintain tender documents database.

To leverage the platform built by central Tendering team with tendering, price approval, reimbursement and other business-related officials and other governmental or non-governmental bodies in the responsible districts.

To develop and realize the tendering, price approval and reimbursement strategy of the responsible districts and policy influence at the district government level of China.

MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leverage the platform Central Tendering Team set up and maintain communication with the district health policy, tendering, price approval & reimbursement authorities and agencies.

• Analyze the non-clinical customer demand, customize the academic materials for the non-clinical customer, build academic communication platform to meet customer needs, and set up a variety of non-clinical customer cooperation programs
  

• Keep abreast of and disseminate to sales and marketing the relevant district policies, information regarding tendering, price approval & reimbursement from district government, NGO, market and hospital

• Establish close working relationship with sales/Marketing in the responsible districts. Well understand and analyze the Coronary expectations and needs in price approval & reimbursement and tendering. To develop and define pricing & reimbursement projects in priorities. Drive strategies and recommendations for price approval & reimbursement activities in the responsible districts.

• To be expert in price approval & reimbursement and provide professional consulting to business partners in the responsible districts.

• Lead and execute local applications and address related issues for agreed price approval and reimbursement projects in the responsible districts, including but not limited to, the generation of local application documents, lobbying seminars and field visits making use of the internal master dossiers, lobbying tools and other relevant information

• Support and execute the tendering activities and address related issues in the responsible districts according to the tendering Standard Operation Practice, including but not limited to serving as the “official responsible person” in tenders, if required.

• Manage the overall tendering, price approval & reimbursement activities and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness in the responsible districts. For the responsible districts, develop and maintain overall database for tendering, price approval & reimbursement activities, project calendar, and their related reporting and communication.

  
  

  QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Healthcare or medicine is preferred.
  • with more than 2 years related experiences in multinational companies
    

  SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Good team work and strong communication skills.

• Fundamental business sense

• Professional presentation and well- organized process management

• Frequent in English (Writing, Speaking as necessary)
