Detailed Description:

- Provide comprehensive test engineering support for automotive product NPI build and sustaining production
- Co-work on overall test process development and test solution proposals
- PFMEA creation and updates for all test process
- APQP preparation and test process actions follow-up during each of sample build stage
- Test HW&SW setup and buyoff 
- MSA plan and fulfillment for all of test and measurement system or test station
- Work out test instruction documents and provide training for test technician and operators
- Test equipment regular maintenance and calibration 
- Keep tracking FPY for test station and take effective actions to reduce test NDF
- In-depth test failure root cause analysis and dirve process improvement
- Test open issue follow-up till closed and drive for continuous test improvement 
- Effective communication with internal project team and customer side

Job Qualification:
- Bachelor or Diploma in electronics/communication/computer engineering 
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in ODM or EMS test engineering related, automotive industry related experiences is preferred.
- Familar with automotive manufacturing standard 
- Good knowledge on PFMEA, APQP and PPAP, and good practice is preferred
- Fluent English (both written and oral,CET4/6 is preferred)
- Initiative, responsible, good communication
- Test development experiences on HW/SW is preferred.
