ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Sr. Testing Specialist in physical and application testing technique

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Lead the physical testing team to complete lab testing;

Proficient in physical, application equipments (Instron, Zwick, barcode printing, aging, simulation testing, etc.);

Provide testing data, solutions and suggestions to support new product development, manufacturing problem solving and customer service. Assist in product development or customer service efforts with creative techniques and analysis;

Coordinate maintenance of the instruments, document SOP and test methods, meet lab safety requirements.

Provide training to new technicians in physical and application methods and ensure quality of testing data. Provide training to division technical staffs about testing techniques.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Master degree in physics, material science or application chemistry.

Proactive problem solving motivated by quality, productivity and speed, with strong analytical skills,

Good understanding of environmental, health and safety ethics. 

Fluent verbal and written skills in English

Good communication, interpersonal skills and team work.

More than 5 years of test laboratory management experience.
Experience in testing laboratories related to PSA or printing is preferred.
