Now we are looking for Sr. Therapeutic Area Lead who is responsible for the leadership of the commercial Bone team (marketing and sales) in Finland.

What You Will Do
Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for strategic and operational matters relating to the Bone Franchise (marketing, sales, account management).
- Cross-functional lead of the franchise and responsible for strong cross-functional collaboration in the country brand teams (marketing, medical, sales and access)
- Effectively lead the sales and marketing team
- Attract, develop, and retain talents, and ensure effective coaching and performance assessment
- Personally involved in the management of key national accounts and relationship with key external stakeholders
- Analyze data and identifies key levers for action
- Develop sales goals and budget

- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience within sales and key account management in the pharma industry
- Documented marketing management track record of success, incl. product launches
- Experience in working within demanding matrix environment
- Omnichannel marketing experience
