Responsibilities:

• Assist to formulate training development strategies, identify training needs and deliver training programs
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably with a degree in Finance or Business
• At least 3 years’ working experience in insurance selling
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with positive mindset
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
