Job Title: Vertical Marketing Specialist/ or Sr. Specialist

Reports To: Manager, Vertical Marketing- Bio & Pharma, China

Position Summary:

The Vertical Marketing Specialist is an expert marketer who has equal science/technical background and marketing knowledge. The role requires the quick understanding of Thermo Fisher full portfolios and marketing sense to convert into different value proposition and portfolio/technical solution. Meanwhile, the role requires someone who has good communication skills to interact with vertical sales, facilitate cross-divisional projects, workflow & solution mapping etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring a keen understanding of customer requirements and competitive market dynamics
• Support to develop strategy and value proposition in verticals, and execute strategic marketing plan and cross-divisional activities
• Roll-out VM designed projects and initiatives, and search of new perspective and creation of new idea on key initiatives
• Support workflow definition, and resonant marketing content generation
• Collaborate and communicate with different division marketing partners
• Assist of integrated vertical campaigns & market events in different exhibitions, seminars and other marketing activities
• Market survey

  Requirements:

• Bachelor or master degree (biological is must, prefer therapeutic biologics field)
• >2 years’ experience in Pharma/BioPharma research, marketing or sales, marketing relative working experience is a plus
• Knowledge of biochemistry, cell culture, molecular biology，prefer stem cell or gene therapy related knowledge
• Character of conscientious, careful, creativity and hard-working (desirable)
• Well communication skills required
• Influence in English, good in writing, editing, excel and powerpoint
• Well computer skills using windows and Microsoft office
