Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customs new system & CIQ system maintain, updated.

2. Equipment customs license E-approval system

3. CIQ interface, coordinate with CIQ official

4. CIQ license application & approval

5. Support on Customs license application for product ramp up.

6. HS code double checking and verification

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor degree and 5 years working experience in import/export operation. Experience in free trade zone would be an advantage;

2. Good organizational, planning and priority setting skills when handling multiple tasks;

3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills; Good written and oral English;

4. Excellent in Microsoft office software, like Excel;

5. Strong ownership, motivation and initiative; open-minded, work independently;

6. Working experience of kinds of Customs or CIQ licenses application.
