Description

This role will be lead and oversee the cross SBG, cross country scanning & invoice imaging mailroom for Asia Pacific based out of Shanghai.

The responsibilities of the Mailroom senior will be:

q Supervising the preparation, scanning and indexing process.

q Ensure that the correct processes are in place for maintaining and increasing the effectiveness of the team.

q Efficiently organizing workflow, prioritizing, scheduling work, manage staff rosters and annual leave to maximize productivity of installed equipment and ensure productivity levels are maintained.

q Maintenance of scanning equipment / PC’s as per manufacturers guidelines.

q Escalation of issues, assisting in resolution of issues with relevant personnel including Professional Services, equipment / software suppliers.

q Check output quality; provide timely feedback to the individual and the team on their output and progress. Encourage teamwork. Coaching and counseling for the team or individual on performance issues. Provide further training where necessary.

q Liaise with key customer contacts, to ensure services are in compliance with contract SLA.

q Conduct site staff meetings & communication to ensure staff are kept informed of contract & company communications.
