職務內容：
- Design and review ADME study protocols and interpret PK/PD results to improve predictability of drug candidates
- Write, review and edit scientific and regulatory reports related to non-clinical pharmacology
- Provide expert DMPK knowledge and insight to facilitate development of Translational Medicine projects to IND stage
- Serve as project team representative responsible for implementing ADME strategy
- Might require occasional travel to laboratory facility (within Taipei) to support cell-based and bioanalytical experiments
薪 資：
NTD / 面議 （經常性薪資達4萬元或以上）

需求條件：
- Ph.D. or Pharm.D. degree in pharmacology or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience in DMPK and/or toxicology
- Practical knowledge and strong understanding of DMPK principles and their application to drug discovery in early development phases
- Familiar with bioanalytical and cell-based ADME assays
- Prior experience in direct support of IND filing is highly desirable
- Experiences with topical drug and rare disease are considered a plus
- Must be highly motivated and team player
- Effective communicator and excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Ability to work multi-tasks with cross-functional teams in dynamic environment
