§ Work with cluster team and/or local supplier, leading Suzhou develop/introduce automation applications;

§ 与集群团队和/或本地供应商合作，领导苏州工厂自动化应用的开发和引进;

§ Support automation equipment operation, ensure machine running properly, take prompt actions to address any issue related to automation applications;

§ 支持自动化设备运行，确保机器正常运行，及时采取行动解决与自动化应用有关的任何问题;

§ Work with maintenance team to build PM for automation equipment, carry necessary maintenance activities to ensure reliability of automation equipment;

§ 与维修团队合作，为自动化设备构建PM，进行必要的维护活动，确保自动化设备的可靠性;

§ Collaborate with engineering team members, support product /process transfer, and new product introduction; 与工程团队成员合作，支持产品/工艺的转移以及新产品的引进

§ Identify continues improvement opportunity for automation equipment and leading implementation.

§ Provide daily technical manufacturing and process support to Operations.
