Job Description
Position Description:
Work closely with Lenovo PC/SD worldwide and regional Services teams to
understand the daily customer services business processes and execution
(Lenovo PS/SD Services includes Warranty & Entitlements, Contact Center,
Service Delivery, Vendor Management, Service Parts Management, Reporting and
Service Payment). Interface with the Lenovo PC/SD Services business/operations
teams in multiple geographies to define/improve business processes, design IT
solutions and resolve IT system issues in Lenovo Services IT platform. Assist
with IT project planning and execution with cross-functional teams. Support
worldwide and regional transformation projects supporting Lenovo Services
BT/IT and process solution changes. Execute IT development tasks with package
solution framework.
#### Position Requirements:
Master’s Degree
2 or more years of relevant experience
SAP CRM Function and ABAP programming; PC/SD Service business processes;
Project Management Professional (PMP); Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Visio; Business & system analysis
