All 232 guest rooms and suites from the 38th to 49th floor of the tower are equipped with an intimate atmosphere and attentive service.

POSITION: Staff Canteen CommisReporting to the Canteen Kitchen Chef de Partie . According to e fficient and flexible service consistent with Swissotel Foshan Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
Ensures the cooked rice is well done and keep it in smooth supply.- Washes fruit and keep it in smooth supply.- Cooks the soup as required and to ensure the taste of the soup in moderate.- Ensures the vegetables must be tasteful, green vegetables must be cooked in batches so that the color of the vegetables will not turned to yellow.- Keeps the work stations and cooking stoves clean.- Cleans the rice cookers and be responsible for the collection of the rice sacks.- Cleans the wind room.- Receives and transports the food stuff from Receiving Area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:
• Responsible for assisting the Banquet Service manager / Assistant Manager with the daily operations of all scheduled banquet events.
• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel .
• To follow food safety guidelines/ standards strictly .
• Highly responsible & reliable
