  POSITION: Staff Canteen Commis

  Reporting to the Canteen Kitchen Chef de Partie . According to e fficient and flexible service consistent with Swissotel Foshan Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
  

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
  

  Ensures the cooked rice is well done and keep it in smooth supply.

  - Washes fruit and keep it in smooth supply.

  - Cooks the soup as required and to ensure the taste of the soup in moderate.

  - Ensures the vegetables must be tasteful, green vegetables must be cooked in batches so that the color of the vegetables will not turned to yellow.

  - Keeps the work stations and cooking stoves clean.

  - Cleans the rice cookers and be responsible for the collection of the rice sacks.

  - Cleans the wind room.

  - Receives and transports the food stuff from Receiving Area.
