• Manage a team responsible of product characterization for failure, quality and development support. Conduct characterization activities using XPS/ESCA /SEM/EDX etc
• Do process failure analysis (FA) and help process team to find root cause
• Handle tool operation as necessary and develop characterization techniques based on assigned function
• Identify and/or develop optimum analytical approach necessary to help characterize issues or problems and/or improve team’s process thru cross-function collaborations with Development and Manufacturing engineers
• Do process failure analysis (FA) and help process team to find root cause
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Master or PhD degree in Chemistry/materials /physics etc
• Experience in Characterization tools such as XPS/SEM/AFM/FIB is an advantage
