Responsibility：

Collaborate with Global Planning and Factory Planning team, provide regular capacity data analysis and proposal of capacity expansion plan.
Work with Equipment Engineering Team for capacity resource readiness to support both new product and HMV production launch.
Coordinate with Function Department to provide Quarter and Yearly Budget to Management. Coordinate the whole Factory capital investment application and budget control.
Work with Process Engineering Team, Equipment Engineering Team for Manufacturing Continuous Improvement on capacity factors, by LEAN methodology and system automation supporting.
Work on IE database integration and accuracy, to support other function department data input requirement.
Involve into new product design, process development with R&D and Engineering Team. Provide input based on capacity and cost perspective
Work with brother Factory on resource balance, optimization to support Global business refresh
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field.
Advanced skills in Excel, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of database
Good command of spoken and written English

Demonstrated understanding of general business and manufactory process, with financial concepts
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization
Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine upstream needs
Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects

Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
