Job description
This role will be space / headcount management experience based IE

R&R1: Space layout management
- Semi-con/IC Assembly and Test operation and supporting space layout management & improvement
- Office and supporting areas layout management & improvement
- Space productivity improvement
- Co-work with Facility/IT/Security team for space layout projects coordination
- Project management: Building expansion, Factory automation project support

R&R2: Headcount management
- Semi-con/IC Assembly and Test operation Direct labor headcount planning, budget management, coordination
- Indirect labor headcount planning, budget management, coordination
- Headcount productivity analysis and improvement

Ability Requirement: 
- 4-5 years and above IE working experience, include space layout & headcount management experience
- Positive attitude, good emotion control, high cooperation adaptability, able to work under pressure
- Experienced communication and influence skill in cross function teamwork
- Familiar with Semi-con/IC Assembly and Test process will be preferred
- Clear logic and articulate expression both in report and presentation
- Fluent in English, listening, speaking, writing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/PPT and AutoCAD skill
