• Support routing creation for new product/transition products based on the process flow of products
• PFMEA+/Control plan/Guideline…process documents generation and maintenance
• Support new product/material process related testing
• Manage the process change(CCB & Deviation in case) and process/Yield improvement
• Closely work with Quality Team to determine root causes of failures(both internal and external) using statistical methods and process/QC tools
• Support production/Shipping automation and cost saving projects.
• Product/shipping box/pallet…Label template maintenance (bartender software)  

REQUIRED:

• BS/BA degree or above,7+ years' experience related packaging process and consumer products/Cosmetic industry will be preferred
• 3+ years' experience in Process Engineering role in the past
• Knowledge in AOI, recipe management system (RMS), overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and other lean manufacturing methodology
• Knowledge in DOE, SPC, DMAIC, 5 Why…related engineering/QC tools
• Good oral and written in English
• Request software: Office Software/Project/Visio/CAD…, and Bartender/SolidWorks/AI/Python will be preferred
• Knowledge in retail packing process and material characteristic will be preferred
