As the product design engineer for NAND reliability and quality evaluation, you will work with the industry leading 3D NAND technology development teams to design and implement reliability and quality test method and test programs to validate and characterize the most advanced 3D NAND technology to ensure all reliability and quality requirements and targets from technology development and different product lines are met with enough margin through the whole product life cycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·    Define Memory Reliability Specifications for 3D NAND base on customer requirements;

·    Develop memory qualification plan and reliability characterization plan, implement the reliability test, deliver qualification and reliability report, ensure the new products meet the customer’s reliability requirements;

·    Perform failure analysis, co-work with design, device, product, and testing teams to figure out root cause and corrective actions to resolve issues observed;

·    Develop Data Analysis/Automation scripts compatible with Big Data.

·   Master Degree in Microelectronics, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant majors with adequate knowledge on device, semiconductor fabrication, and testing process and technology.

·   NAND/NOR Flash memory knowledge is preferable;

·   Ownership, Independent thinking, and Problem solving skills;

·   Good oral English and communication skills;

·   Basic programming skills: C++, Python, Perl.

·   Concept on reliability test spec, mechanism and typical failure phenomenon;
