• Manages test system/process and solve related issues.
• Responsible for production line issue investigation and work out the solutions.
• Initiate and follow-up cost down projects.
• Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems, make decision with data.
• Support customer issue handling, routine quality audit, and etc.

• Bachelor or above degree.
• Good knowledge on CMOS and Electronic circuits.
• Understand C/C++/Java/PHP/SQL language is a plus
• Ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
