Backend

The back-end segments Sensors, Chip Card and Chip Embedding allow the development of cross-collaborative innovations over the entire value chain from chip production to wafer testing, preassembly, package design and the development of new materials.

In your new role you will:

• Supports closure of line disturbance, low yield lots and maverick issues (disposition, analysis and corrective action)
• Coordinates with PE and Fab team or Quality on wafer or product related issues Interface with Product Engg, Test Development Engg, Planning, Quality, Business units and Subcon Test Engineering
• Drives Subcon performance KPI (yield monitoring, line disturbances, Test Equipment OEE …)
• Initiate and Implement projects for Test Yield Improvement, Cost Savings and Process Simplifications
• Test Hardwares, Spares and Resources management and support
• Responsible for review, generation and release of ECN (Engg Change Notice) / TPAC/ TPR
• Planning Yield , Maverick Yield and Parametric bin settings
• Manages test related documentation (control plan, OCAP, …), test data and implementation
• Reviews and Updates Control Plan and test procedures to align to IFX requirements
• Test Procedures and Specs, Product Change Notices (PCN), Engg Change Notices (ECN) , Quality Systems and other relevant procedures
• Test Data transfer from subcon test sites to GYMS (Global Yield Management System) /EBS
• Maintains MDS (Manufacturing Datasheet)/GTEMS (Global Test Management System), IRAD Test Master, Test Instructions
• Be part of New Product Ramp team and manages safe launch，drive new subcon enabling (technical & Supply Chain & IT)
• Assess and implement product changes/transfers including trainings to the subcon engineers
• Support test related topic in PCRB, project milestones,…..
• Supports technical capability assessments in subcon.
• Keep track of subcon capability in terms of process, test equipment portfolio
• Manage/Coordinate Change Management at subcon cost reduction projects, changes in material and process at subcon
• Drives best practice sharing and benchmarking activities at subcon
• Supports FAR activities including analysis of root cause and improvement action in subcon
• Participate in IFX design/change reviews (TR and PCRs) and provide inputs on key learnings / improvements to incorporate on new products.
• Supports VDA and customer audit activities in subcon

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 5 years working in experience semiconductor industry
• Experience in Subcontractors management.
• Experience in Device Testing ,Processes and Procedures or technology development
• Final Test Equipment, Process and Methodology experience/know-how
  Knowledge and experience on Test Systems and programs (Visual ATE,UNIX, C++ , SAP)
• Excellent knowledge of various functional interfaces
• Customer and Service oriented
• Program Management, Project Management, Project Leader
• Interfaces with PE, TDE, Production Logistic & Planning, Quality Management and Subcons)
