The position offers an experience to be technically involve in IP and Sub-system development for Intel Chipsets Product and a training ground that will lead to SoC micro-architect and architect career path. As a Staff Logic Design Engineer, you will be playing the challenging role to: - Oversee definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) development. - Engage with the architects to define highly optimized, modular, and scalable IP design and verification requirements. - Develop IP micro-architecture specifications targeting functionality, connectivity, configuration, performance, timing, power, and area goals. - Engage with IP development team to execute RTL implementation, verification and integration, timing convergence, formal verification, ECO implementation, debug analysis and reviews. - Engage with IP development team to execute design tools' runs to qualify the logic implementation, such as RTL/DFx linting, clock/reset domain crossing check, synthesizability check to meet design QoR, timing constraint definition and review, gate-count/power optimization, etc. - Provide technical direction, guidance and support to the IP development team and stakeholders throughout the IP and customer's Product Life Cycle.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (THIS IS ALL YOU NEED TO APPLY): - Possess a degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent and experience with IP/SoC design or verification development. - Bachelor +8 years experience OR - Master +5 years experience OR - Doctorate +3 years experience. - Strong technical leader who communicates well with great influencing skills. - Strong analysis, debugging skills, and creative in problem solving. - Motivated, Self-driven and Independent - Someone who wants to make a difference through technology while having FUN. Additional Qualifications (EVEN BETTER): - Experience in any of these design tools and methodologies: - System Verilog (OVM/UVM) - Scripting (Python/Perl/Shell/etc) - RTL simulators/Interactive debugger - RTL model build - Testbench development - Power-aware simulation - Coverage-based random constraint simulation. - Experience in any of these areas: - Power Management - Design For Test/Verification (DFT/DFV/DFX) - UFS, SPI, USB, PCI-Express, AMBA specifications. - Any industry standard device OR interface protocol.
