• Standardize buyoff documentation
• Fabrication quality control
• Deliver to customer in oversea

2. Offline tester development

• Testing method development
• Mechanism design, including 3D/2D drawing, BOM
•  Prototype qualification, include function testing / GRR qualification / FA &improvement
• Standardize buyoff documentation
• Standardize operation documentation
• Deliver to customer in oversea

3. Mass production supporting

• Standardize incoming parts checking process & criteria
• Oversea travel to support mass production failure analysis
• New technology implementation in mass production
• Yield improvement

4. Vendor quality control

• Standardize work instruction
• Standardize tester checking process and criteria
• Routine vendor visit

• Master degree or above in mechanical engineering / materials engineering / automatic control engineering
• 1+ year work experience with tester development / testing or quality control
• Mechanism design experience, prefer Solidworks
• Good at data analysis, prefer JMP / Matlab
• Good communication skill
• Good summary & presentation skill
• Good at English read/write
• Prefer quality control
• Prefer HDD industry experience
• Prefer vibration & noise testing and signal processing experience
• Prefer software development with Labview
