  • The candidate is expected to employ systems thinking and have demonstrated excellence in systems design in high voltage power conversion within the last 5-10 years.
  • Experience with high voltage power conversion systems including 800V/400V DC-DC converters, on-board chargers, and traction inverters covering electrical circuit design, cooling systems, and software algorithms and control.
  • Experience in one or more of power system design, wide bandgap devices, and functional safety is highly desired.
  • Proven experience in full system design with good knowledge of systems modelling and requirements capture, especially in the context of safety-relevant systems.
  • Experience with articulating and presenting concepts to customers and uncovering their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to understand and clearly articulate technical issues.
