• New product design risk review, process readiness review and product phase review, Qual recipe set up and yield monitoring.
• Coordinate with team to ensure AI processing on time without issue.  
• Shift left to work with R&D on new material and package development, support AI building.
• Yield improvement and quality enhancement.
• Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation, disposition and in time action taken.
• Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems, make decision with data.

• Bachelor or above in engineering and material Science will be preferred.  
• +5 year working experience in EOL processes (Marking, SBA, Saw, AOI/FVI and packing) of semiconductor assembly. Experience with EOL NPI process is preferred.
• Expertized in process control and improvement, data analysis, and problem solving
• Be good at QC skill, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE etc.
• Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills.
• Good verbal and written in English.+5 year working experience in EOL processes (Marking, SBA, Saw, AOI/FVI and packing) of semiconductor assembly. Experience with EOL NPI process is preferred.
