Position Description: 1\. Responsible for the quality inspection and re judgment of the returned products of Lenovo consumer notebook in China; 2\. For returned products, training and leading the inspection team to use Lenovo's quality standards for inspection, determine the actual problems of returned products and the responsibility; 3\. Cooperate with the quality team of Lenovo products and factories to improve the quality of Lenovo products; 4\. Develop and lead the implementation of DOA center's workflow, work manual, and process optimization and improvement; #### Position Requirements: 1\. Bachelor degree in computer/ electronics/Mechanical, English level requires proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing; 2\. More than 5 years of experience in notebook quality/repair management, skillfully use of MES system to improve the process capability; 3\. Capability to judge Notebook units and parts defect root cause and duty type; 4\. Experience in managing a team of more than 20 people; strong anti pressure, hardworking, good at communication and coordination; 5\.
