IPG APAC is seeking outstanding RTL validation engineers to join our exciting team in developing Test chip/SDV (software development) for RISC-V CPU cores.Develops functional validation tests to verify system meets specification requirements.Creates test plans for RTL validation, defining and running system simulation models, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests.Analyzes and uses results to modify testing to rigorously verify the quality of the design.

Qualifications

BSEE with 10 years relevant experience or Masters with 7 years relevant experience required. Experiences in AMBA, AXI and CPU validations are strong advantage Proven track record in design and verification with involvement in definition to productization for at least 2 full projects. Fluency in System Verilog, OVM/UVM and verification methodologies and experienced in using standard industry verification tools such VCS, DVE, Verdi, DVT. Good understanding of RTL, UPF, logic design knowledge and DFx design and verification flows. Tcl/Tk/Perl/Python to automate verification flow are added advantage. Strong in problem solving, debugging various simulation failures and formal verification. Excellent written/oral communication skill and able to communicate well with counterparts and key stakeholders including cross-sites partners.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
