Major Accountabilities
1. Corporate with Recruiter to complete hiring process( incl.assessments initiation/COI disclosure/ BrassRing and etc.), and ensure full compliance in process
2. Coordinate with other departments and functions to initiate onboarding preparation(incl. background verification initiation/ IT and system supporting coordination/ new hire list preparation and etc. )
3. Overall manage the documentation requirements of new hires (incl. onboaring package collection/ P-file and etc. )
4. Execute standard operation and ensure data accuracy in HR related systems following HR Ops guidance and SOP((incl. onboarding ticket initiation / actural onboarding date confirmation/ handling no show and reject offer cases and etc. )
5. Agency coordination (incl. headhunter payments / relocation package initiation and etc. ), and other tasks required by Line Manager
Ideal Background
Education: Bachelor
Languages: English, other language desirable
Experience:
- Basic Novartis business understanding
- ATS skills
- Computer PC social media skills
- Exceptional internpersonal skills
- Basic time, project, management skills
- Knowledge of China Labor Law
- Business acumen
- 1-2 years HR working experience
