The Internal Hires Team supports our customers end to end internal hiring processes and activities. This group is considered the initial point of contact and intermediate of key HR organizations, main influencers of compensation and benefits guidelines, and are the primary drivers for corporate retention objectives. This organization is expected to create great experiences to both candidates and Hiring Managers, proactively educating them to successfully navigate the systems and processes in order to mobilize the best talent within Intel.
TPA team is looking for a Talent Acquisition manager to lead a team of recruiters responsible for supporting GAM Internal Hiring and transfers. As a Manager, you will be responsible, but not limited to:
Defining the Team's strategy around innovation, technologies, services and systems
Setting priorities for the team, driving results across boundaries
Ensure an inclusive work environment, developing employees, and managing team performance.
Actively managing team's workload to support open requisitions and achieve goals for velocity and quality
Inspiring, building, and managing a world class talent acquisition team to gain efficiencies in the internal hiring process.
Regularly interacting with senior management or key stakeholders to build strategies, report progress and align on any customer concerns.
An ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing Develop strong business partnerships, influencing across a broad set of stakeholders, developing data analytics, problem solving, and people management.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field, with 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or business consultative roles, OR Master's degree with 5+ years of experience OR 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
3+ years direct people management experience
B2+ English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track of record building successful teams
Knowledge about Intel's hiring processes and guidelines
Proficient in the use of Workday or other enterprise level applicant tracking system (ATS)
Basic knowledge about Agile methodologies, i.e. use of Kanban boards and daily stand ups sessions

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
