职位要求：

1) With minimum 15 years working experiences in the automotive industrial , skilled in manufacturing, process engineering；
2) Good knowledge and experience of automotive industrial requirements；
3) Certified VDA 6.3 auditor, with praxis experiences with premium OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers ,such as Daimler ,BMW ,Bosch, Continental, Schaeffler ,etc…；
4) Good knowledge in quality management methods；
5) Good communication competencies in Chinese and English ；
6) With excellent project management skills (leading, controlling, reporting and documentation) ；
7)Hands-on mentality。
