Summary of Job Function : 工作职责

1 Work withteam to improve the top 5 trouble tools for repair. (use repair data.xls)

2 Be on theproduction floor as needed to guide team to solve stamping issues

3 Determinebest practice items for all stamping tools

4 Manage allnew quote request

5 Reviewstrip layouts for best option for material utilization

6 Reviewcosting given by engneering team priot to quote submition

7 Guideteam to provide clear DFM items for quote projects and new tool build

8Managedesign team for new projects

9 Provideproper spec’s for new build

10 Work withteam on tracking progress of the new build

11 Managetry runs for all tool test runs

12 Work withteam to verify FAI reports and determine course of action for modification

13 Work withteam to store and work with tooling files to maintain proper revision level

14Work with team to make sure all new tools are properlydocumented in our system

Know-How Requirements 职位要求

1 Bachelor Degree above, majoring in tooling or mechanical engineering or minimum 10 years experiences in stamping industry or manufacturing as tooling expert, design experience in Automotive industry is a plus

2 Familiar with stamping designing and process, knowledge of stamping structure.

3 Good communication skill with customer, supplier and internal department.

4 Ability to work effectively in a team environment with other departments according to project due dates.

5 Fluent English, professional related technical English is a must.

6 Cad knowledge (AutoCAD, Solidworks)
