As a Stamping Engineer in the Zama Hong Kong Office you will be challenged as a new role in the Production team of Hong Kong. We are looking for a self-motivated experienced team player, who has a passion for building up new projects and setting up new arrangements.

The successful candidate will be a detail-minded, well-organized individual with eager to bring on the experience and grow together with the team and the company

What you'll be tasked with

• Manages Stamping production processes (included cleaning, deburring, safety, maintenance, cost, efficiency etc.)

• Handle & improve stamping die (problem solving, design validation, maintenance, and fabrication).
• Mentor and train newly developed stamping deptment in the HK factory.  
• Support planning activities, liaise quality foundings. 
• Occasional travel to China (10% to 30%) and Philippines (~5%) for project development and coordination. 
• New technology and automation development for cost saving and efficiency improvement. 
• • Engineering lead for pilot (NPI stages)

What you need

•University degree holder  in Engineering or Machinery

•have minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant to stamping production engineering/process improvement/die development

•Good command of spoken, written in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

•are strong in communication, self-motivated, data-drive, target oriented, proactive & can work under pressure

• Experience in automation and mold design is a plus
