We're looking for an energetic and passionate Startups Program Manager, to lead Microsoft's startup programs in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In this role you will be a key figure in the startup ecosystem and will be critical to fueling its growth.

Our mission at Microsoft is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As a Startup Program Manager, you will lead all of Microsoft's startups activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, build partnerships with startups and engagements with the local startup ecosystem players, focused on cloud, and learn how to best leverage Microsoft’s resources to empower and grow a healthy, diverse and innovative startup network.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping startups grow, familiar with and invested in the startup community in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and excellent at operations and program management. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in program management, cross functional collaboration, relationship building, and contribute to fastest growing businesses at Microsoft. You’ll wear multiple hats – the face and spokesperson of Microsoft to the local or even regional startup ecosystem and the voice of the scene within Microsoft.
