We’re partnering with large-scale Developer on South East New Build Projects. To cope the team expansion, they’re seeking for construction Manager with Contractor Background who experienced on large-scale projects in PRC/HK/Macau.

Responsibility:

• Full cycle of site inspection 
• Review site operation and quality of works 
• Monitor contractors on project process and enhance safety and sustainability 
• Coordinate with local contractor/consultancy to ensure effective quality control
• Ensure construction management and design of works run smoothly
• Reports to Senior Management (Project Director/SPM)
  
  

Job requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management/Building Studies or related disciplines 
• Professional qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of relevant site experience with contractor Background 
• Experienced on large-scale project in HK/Macau/China etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Command of English and Chinese 
• Willing to TRAVEL/STATIONING
