We are looking for an outstanding Technology Lead with demonstrable experience of both front and back end technologies, as well as leading and scaling engineering teams. This person will have a passion for product and inherent entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Build, guide, and manage a highly motivated engineering team 
• Establish the company’s technology vision and lead all aspects of the company’s technological development, including for high-scale user acquisition 
• Make executive technology decisions on behalf of the company
• Management of product/software release lifecycle
• Management of technology budget 
• Design, build, scale and maintain software solutions (Backend: Docker, GoLang, Postgres, Azure, and  Frontend: Typescript, React, React Native)
• Work closely and partner with Product and Company leadership to develop product constantly further
• Foster a culture of continuous delivery and test-driven development
• Champion good agile practices that provide a foundation for iterative product development
• Staying up-to-date with current technologies
• Coding and executing alongside the team if needed

Requirements: 

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering – ideally both with frontend as well as backend related topics and technologies 
• Expertise in technologies such as Backend: Docker, GoLang, Postgres, Azure, and  Frontend: Typescript, React, React Native
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams to drive rapid growth with minimal downtime
• Product mindset and ability to speak with product leadership frequently and comprehensively
• Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills
• Experience working with Agile, lean, test-driven and continuous delivery approaches
