Responsibilities:

• Perform all job-related duties as dictated by the industry, company and Hotel
• Maintain cleanliness throughout all the kitchens
• Maintain proper controls on all chemical used throughout the hotel

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen stewarding experience preferred
• Able to speak and write Chinese
• Must be able to work any day and shift
