• 負責飲餐部後場環境清潔維護及餐務洗滌工作，包括飲餐部各項餐具、大型器皿、餐盤、銀器、不鏽鋼餐具洗滌及協助所有廚房設備及用具的保養維護、清潔消毒及存放保管。依照W酒店的政策和程序，以有效率的方式操作，確保服務品質得以維持，符合標準。
• Responsible for facilitating, conducting the day to day operational logistics of the Stewarding Department within Kitchens and Restaurants. The scope of responsibility includes a key focus on enhancing and protecting the assets of the Culinary and Beverage & Food Division, and maintaining W’s standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Job Requirement

• 經驗: 具酒店或飲食業的相關工作經驗優先
• 語言: 良好的中文語言能力﹑基本英語及普通話
• Experience - relevant experience in hotel or catering Establishments will be an advantage
• Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin
• W Look - appear confident, well-groomed
